The full registration to the conference is open. Note that the deadline for early registration is July 7th. From this date on, extra 50 euros will be charged. See Table below.

The registration fee includes the welcome reception, sessions, coffee breaks, and conference material.
The registration for social events (conference dinner and Alhambra visit) is also open. Please, notice that the Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain, so tickets must be booked well in advance. The conference organization ensures tickets only for those registered before June, 1st.
A limited number of grants might be available for PhD students and young postdocs, depending upon financial support. The grant consists of a refund of the registration fee and/or lodging costs. In order to be eligible, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- You need to register.
- You must submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation before June 1st.
Those participants who applied for financial support will be informed individually by the LOC about the awarded grants during the conference.
Registration will be fully complete when we receive the confirmation of payment. Follow the payment instructions.
Please note that special prizes for accommodation at the conference hotel requires its payment in the registration process.
