Proceedings
Conference proceedings will be published as an online book as part of the Astrophysics and Space Science Proceedings series (ASSP). No printed copy will be distributed to the participants, although a reduced rate for those interested is offered (~45 euros), please inform us if this is the case when you send your contribution.
The editors will be Luis A. Balona, J. Christensen-Dalsgaard, R. Garrido and J. C. Suárez.
Both oral and poster contributions will be published online, while only the first will be included in the printed book. All oral contributions and invited talks will be published after an overall (language) review process.
Please prepare your manuscript for your contribution to the proceedings using LaTex language. Instructions and templates can be found in the following link:
The extension of the contributions are limited to
- 6 pages, for invited talks
- 4 pages, for contributed talks
- 2 pages, for posters
Manuscripts and figures (in encapsulated postcript) should be sent using the following nomenclature:
- Manuscript: lastname.tex
- Figure(s) : lastname_fig1.eps, lastname_fig2.eps, etc.
The deadline for the submission of the contributions is November, 1st, 2011.
Manuscripts received after this date will not be accepted.
