1. Welcome cocktail & registration

     The LOC will welcome you on Sunday 4th at the conference hotel (Abades Hotel). The registration will be opened at 19h, and a cocktail (informal dinner) will be offered to you at the hotel's court at 21h.
 
2. On Monday, 5th, the registration will continue from 8am. The opening talk starts at 9am with a welcome speech by the IAA's director: Dr. Matilde Fernández

4. There will be two computers (Windows & Linux) with Internet connection at the conference venue freely available  for the whole week. As well wireless Internet connection will be available at the conference hall.
 
5. If you need any receipt/invoice please contact Ángela Luzón (Corte Inglés Travel Agency) at
                     stellarpulsationsconference@viajeseci.es
This will also be possible at the conference registering desk during the conference.
 
6. IMPORTANT: vegetarians and/or people with special requirements for the food please send us your constraints as soon as possible.
 
7. The abstracts book is already available at 
 
    IMPORTANT: There have been slight changes in the program scheduling. Please check your talk schedule.
        
8. We recall that poster panels size is 95cm (width) and 234cm (height). Each panel will be labeled following the
    numbering indicated in the abstracts book.

Individual panels for the posters (95x234cm) will be provided.


Third Announcement (July 1, 2011)

This meeting is a continuation (20th) of the Stellar Pulsation Conference
Series. This time, the conference is focused on the impact of photometric space
missions and new generation instrumentation in the field.

The final program of the conference is now available at

have been shifted to 7th July 2011.

Please read carefully the registration instructions. We highlight that only
bank transfer and credit card payments will be accepted.

We are organizing a night guided visit to the Alhambra, including transportation
from downtown. The Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain, so
tickets are not guaranteed after July 7th.
 


New deadline for early-registration extended to July, 7 2011 (June 30th, 2011)

Dear participants,

We have extended the deadline for early-registration and submission for poster communications to July, 7th.

In addition, the final scientific program and the 3rd announcement will be sent July 1st. We apologize for the inconveniences.

We informe you that the payment method has undergone some changes, we keep working to improve and facilitate your registration to the conference.

New deadlines (May 16th, 2011)

Dear colleagues,

We have decided to extend all the deadlines by 15 days, including the abstract submission for oral communications.

New deadline for abstract submission for oral communications is June 1st.
